Yes, delicious and hygienic 3-time meals are included in your monthly rent. We serve a variety of North and South Indian dishes prepared in highly hygienic kitchens.

We have a very flexible policy. You only need to provide a 1-month notice period before vacating the room.

Yes! The security deposit is fully refundable at the time of check-out after adjusting for any notice period discrepancy or structural room damage.

Yes, high-speed fiber WiFi is available throughout the hostel, including all rooms and common dining/lobby spaces, and is completely free of charge.

Visitors are allowed in the common lounge/lobby areas between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. For safety and security reasons, overnight visitor stays in tenant rooms are not permitted.

No hidden charges! The rent covers accommodation, food, WiFi, housekeeping, security, and access to all amenities. Only minimal sub-metered electricity charges may apply based on room AC usage.
